Delivery & Returns

Firstly,  your furniture is all made here in the UK at our High Wycombe factory.
(You are welcome to arrange a visit at the Gordon Russell factory).

We will contact you to arrange delivery of your furniture a week before
it is ready to be dispatched. (Monday – Friday 09:00 - 17:00).
Weekends can be requested POA.

The furniture will be delivered into the building and taken to a room of your choice. It will be unwrapped, assembled (where required) and all packaging removed.

Delivery and installation is free of charge on orders over £2500.
(UK mainland ONLY)

Under £2500 there is a £100 delivery and installation charge.

Your furniture is made to order to your absolute specification. All orders will be supported by a sign off drawing to assure both yourself and our makers that we all have the correct detail before manufacture. As these are bespoke pieces, we cannot offer a return policy but in the unlikely event that there was a quality issue then we will of course rectify immediately for you at our cost.

Please make sure that you have fully measured the space
and the access for the product to be delivered.
Any failed delivery due to access issues may be chargeable.
Please let us know if your room of choice is not on the ground floor so that we can plan accordingly.
